About the event
In this workshop, a holistic view of 'self-compassion' will be combined, encompassing neuroscientific, cultural, psychological, educational and artistic viewpoints. Students will also be given a chance to take part in activities that encourage them to think about their own perceptions of themselves (anonymously, promise!) Feelings will be recognized, named and shared (as far as participants are comfortable sharing), for better self-compassion, an absolutely vital and important capacity to develop as students embark on their studies and enter these next chapters in their lives.
